Head of Product (Cashback) at T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff)
T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Head of Product (Cashback) to take charge of loyalty products as a business with significant financial and user impact.
The company is building one of the largest digital ecosystems in Russia. Loyalty products are a key driver of retention, engagement, and monetization. They influence the behavior of millions. This is done systematically, technologically, with a long development cycle.
In the scope:
- Cashback — motivation and retention
- Subscriptions and personalization — targeted user interaction
Responsibilities:
- Formulate a vision for 1–5 years, communicate it to the team and stakeholders
- Make final decisions on key issues
- Manage a team of 13 people: product, analytics, development, design, marketing
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with other product areas: cards, shopping, investments, mobile services
- Take responsibility for strategy, P&L, team, integrations. Work at the center of the ecosystem. Scale — one of the largest in the company
Requirements:
- Experience in business or product leadership with P&L, especially in large and complex products
- Strategic planning for 1–3 years with KPIs and measurable results
- Management of large budgets, autonomous decision-making with real impact
- Strong soft skills — ability to persuade, build trust, influence without authority
- Understanding of behavioral mechanics, motivation, gamification
- Comfort with data — read metrics, make decisions without being an analyst
- Experience in loyalty, retail, fintech, e-commerce — a plus, but not required
