Responsibilities
- collecting and describing as-is processes, identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, evaluating effectiveness, prioritizing in team backlogs
- participation in the tribe's annual/quarterly planning, setting tasks for teams from related departments
- market monitoring and searching for ideas to create the best customer experience in product onboarding, increasing credit activity
- cross-functional interaction with teams (internal and external)
- building processes for analyzing product success
- establishing processes for managing the direction's priority projects
- formulating and testing hypotheses for continuous improvement
- building CJM
- methodological support for the direction.
Requirements
- experience working in a bank in the credit direction from the business side for over 10 years — developing and launching credit products (cards, consumer loans, POS loans, mortgages), pricing, launching large integration projects, building and using reporting in various dimensions
- experience testing hypotheses, launching MVP, launching pilots and product campaigns
- experience building processes from scratch, optimizing processes
- experience launching large projects with direct reporting to top management
- establishing processes for evaluating the effectiveness of processes and products, identifying and eliminating gaps, increasing product profitability
- customer-centric approach in work (towards clients, employees), organizing work and searching for insights from customer feedback
- experience managing a team of 7+ people
- ability to defend and argue one's own position and the position of the department
- AI skills.
