Description

A team for the implementation and development of blockchain technology in corporate lending is a highly qualified unit created within the Bank's Credit Products and Processes Department to execute traditional credit processes using innovations in the field of digital financial assets (DFAs) and decentralized finance (DeFi) on Sber's proprietary blockchain platform. A team that creates and brings to market a new generation of credit products at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Advising on property rights, financial transactions • Developing regulatory and normative acts, draft contracts and agreements • Participating in negotiations and representing interests before government bodies and regulatory structures • Analyzing legislative initiatives and preparing proposals for improving current regulations • Preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements

Candidate qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Deep knowledge of property law, financial law, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, tax and levy legislation • Excellent command of legal terminology and the ability to draft legally competent documents • Experience in interacting and participating in work with government authorities • Negotiation skills, the ability to present a position with arguments and find compromises • High level of communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and government representatives • Confident use of specialized systems and programs (SPS Garant, Consultant+).
