We are looking for an analyst with experience working with cross-functional teams, possessing deep expertise in customer experience and product development, and capable of effectively managing a large number of tasks simultaneously. All these skills are extremely important.
Responsibilities
- Supporting existing products (updating process descriptions, resolving cases, analyzing metrics, identifying insights)
- Interacting with internal and external partners, establishing and formalizing necessary agreements with them, and forming project requirements
- Directly participating in solution architecture formation and breaking down business processes into improvements for specific systems
- Coordinating business requirements with process owners, security, operations, etc.
- Researching proposed solutions on clients
- Preparing presentation materials for the project for management
- Understanding UI/UX, CX principles, hypothesis formation processes, and working with them – will be a plus.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years
- Understanding all stages of digital product development
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of architecture, structure, and operation of modern information systems and applications
- Experience in building effective communication with IT and business to achieve set goals
- Personal engagement and result-orientation, independence, proactivity, multitasking, systematic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity during task execution without compromising the quality of the final product/project
