The Individual Pricing team is looking for an analyst (CJE) ready to develop innovative pricing strategies, deeply immerse themselves in market research, and help effectively increase business profitability.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- implement solutions that improve customer journeys when applying for bank ecosystem products
- organize monitoring of customer journeys within your area of responsibility
- research customer experience and build Customer Journey Maps
- improve customer processes and journeys for company products
- ensure the implementation of work standards aimed at reducing the number of customer complaints and inquiries
- define and formulate business requirements for software processing customer inquiries
- analyze end-to-end customer journey data
- work with funnels, transitions, drop-off, conversions
- segment customers by behavior
- track the relationship between CX metrics and business metrics
- calculate the effect of changes / conduct A/B tests.
Requirements
What we expect:
- higher education
- experience in a similar role from 2 years
- high level of Excel knowledge
- high level of analytical reporting skills for research results in PPTX
- knowledge of methodology and experience in conducting the full range of research – quantitative, qualitative, and desk research
- knowledge of customer experience design and management methods
- ability to organize the redesign of processes and customer journeys
- high analytical skills: ability to formulate hypotheses, structure information, see patterns in data, and derive applied business insights from research results.
