We are developing a digital assistant based on the advanced artificial intelligence "GigaChat," which will be able to quickly renew MTPL policies, compare tariff plans of different insurance companies, and instantly issue a policy. We are building the future of auto insurance, where buying a policy will take literally a couple of clicks or won't even require pressing buttons.
Our project aims to maximally simplify and speed up the procedure for obtaining mandatory car insurance. The candidate's task is to design a flawless user journey, organize the work of cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of the entire product development roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Designing E2E cases: designing the complete lifecycle of customer interaction with the MTPL platform, from communication to renewal;
- Hypothesis and testing: developing and conducting experiments to test ideas and improve the UX of applications and CX;
- Communication with stakeholders: actively engaging with internal and external partners to achieve project goals;
- Working with IT teams: coordinating the actions of internal and external technical teams for successful project implementation;
- Formalizing business requirements: preparing detailed specifications and task briefs for programmers and designers;
- Monitoring key metrics: collecting analytics and improving product usability based on real data.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MTPL specifics and the Russian auto insurance market;
- Experience in designing user journeys and working with artificial intelligence;
- Successful experience managing complex projects involving IT teams;
- Preferably, understanding of AI specifics and ability to use modern machine learning tools;
- Proficiency in hypothesis testing and user experience optimization methodologies;
- A drive to constantly improve product quality and functionality;
- Possession of a category B driver's license and driving experience is a plus.
