Our team is implementing the bank's mission to transition to autonomy through the use of artificial intelligence. The main goal is to create a unique platform that allows for the effective application of AI in daily processes and operations, improving the quality of services and the bank's operational efficiency.
We are engaged in several key areas:
Meta-scenarios: designing long-term strategies and development paths for the bank using AI-automated systems and virtual assistants
Scenario catalog: accumulating and classifying successful AI use cases to accelerate the implementation of new solutions
Lego-products: developing solutions where AI serves as a reliable assistant in decision-making, data processing, and enhancing customer interaction

Responsibilities
- Leading the development of products/scenarios: from idea and prototype to MVP, scaling, and financial impact
- Maintaining product development integrity (UX/UI, logic, technology)
- Designing scenarios for GigaChat, web/mobile, and multimodal UIs
- Decomposing complex tasks into steps, agents, and functions
- Conducting market and competitor analysis, formulating product improvement proposals
- Identifying needs and implementing them on the product side
- Participating in product roadmap creation and release management
- Working with the behavior of LLM models (intents, responses, facts, context)
- Ensuring effective collaboration between teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating new products/services (B2C, B2B, etc.): specific cases demonstrating scope and results are required (experience working in a startup as a PO/CPO/Founder is critical for us)
- Higher education in economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
- Experience in the role of Product Owner/Chief Product Owner (PO/CPO+) and above – 3+ years
- Experience in creating solutions using AI
- Competency in research (discovery), user experience design, and understanding of customer journey concepts
- Results-oriented, well-developed product vision (including skills in cross-industry analysis and the ability to identify hidden connections and dependencies)
- Proficiency in modern user journey design and analysis methods
- Understanding of LLM behavior: reasoning, intents, context
- Ability to explain complex things in simple language.
- Readiness to work in a highly uncertain and fast-paced environment
- Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
- Autonomy, leadership, passion for innovation, and high self-organization
