We work on several key areas:
Meta-scenarios: designing long-term strategies and development paths for the bank using AI automations and virtual assistants.
Scenario catalog: accumulating and classifying successful AI use cases to accelerate the implementation of new solutions.
Lego-products: developing solutions where AI serves as a reliable assistant in decision-making, data processing, and improving customer interaction.

Responsibilities
- managing IT solution infrastructure and implementation
- distributing tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring development deadlines are met
- building scenario architecture: forming a clear chain of actions from conception to implementation through agent interaction
- solution engineering: organizing the work of the AI assistant and agents — planning, monitoring, and adjusting the route
- creating a constructor tool for integrating third-party services into scenarios
- increasing user engagement and ecosystem revenue through effective scenarios: growth in stickiness, CLTV, etc.
- launching pilot projects/scenarios
- analyzing and resolving issues related to user information systems, ensuring a high level of support and meeting business requirements.
Requirements
- higher education, preferably in economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
- experience in the role of Chief Technology Officer/IT Architect and above – from 3 years
- current experience in creating new products/services (B2C, B2B, etc.): specific cases reflecting scale and results are required
- experience in creating solutions using AI: specific cases reflecting scale and results are required
- deep understanding of LLMs and multi-agent systems: how AI can plan and adapt scenarios
- business engineer skills: the ability to design complex processes and turn them into working solutions
- experience in creating platform products: when an ecosystem of services is built around a core
- ability to speak the language of strategy (motives, life goals) and the language of technology (orchestration, agents, AI planners)
- leadership in cross-functional teams: uniting products, AI, business, and partners around a single standard.
