We are looking for a passionate specialist who can make a significant contribution to the development of our company's key architectural processes. You will become part of a strong team responsible for the Bank's architecture design processes. Your task will be to optimize the existing design process, increase its transparency and efficiency, as well as expand functionality for further improvement of our solutions' architecture.
The detailed architecture design process plays a key role in the bank's activities, supporting various departments and development teams. Therefore, we face complex, but at the same time interesting and ambitious tasks to bring our process to a qualitatively new level!

Responsibilities
- assessment of the current state of the detailed architecture design process and identification of areas for improvement;
- development of methodological documentation and instructions;
- formulation of requirements for the development team;
- training, preparation of training presentations;
- participation in the formation of architectural standards and regulations;
- analysis of user feedback.
Requirements
- systems thinking, developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
- successful experience in compiling regulatory documentation and instructions;
- experience in preparing and conducting training/presentations;
- broad professional outlook on the design of IT architectures and used solutions.
- understanding of the main concepts and principles of architecture design, proficiency in common methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate), knowledge of industry standards.
- higher technical education;
- architecture and process design experience of 3+ years (in the role of Application System Architect, Solution Architect, Service Architect, Systems Analyst or Methodologist).
Will be a plus:
- experience in establishing architectural processes in one's department;
- management skills and successful project leadership experience;
- good negotiation practice and persuasion skills;
- advanced proficiency in machine learning technologies and LLM.
