IT B2C is the largest ecosystem at Sber. We are more than 8000 people in 18 cities across Russia. We are engaged in the development and enhancement of retail solutions, helping to make the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
We are the Sber ID team, we develop, maintain, and evolve a unified user account within the Sber ecosystem. Our goal is to create a convenient, fast, and secure login method for everyone.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of new methods and technologies for data analytics
- analysis and preparation of data
- work with dashboard creation
- identification, formulation, and agreement on requirements for work results
- planning and organization of work using big data technologies
- management of protection and ensuring confidentiality of big data
- management of analytics competency within the product (service team)
Requirements
- development of data analysis strategies and methodologies for collecting qualitative information:
- creation of effective visualization tools and reports (dashboards) enabling the business to make informed decisions.
- quality control of data provided by the analytics department and identification of factors affecting the accuracy and reliability of results.
- skills in working with BI systems (MS Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau), SQL, Data Structures, ML (computer programming), Python (computer programming), Optimization methods
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation
