Description
Portal DA is Sber's digital marketplace for business assets (real estate, business, transport), which we are developing as a full-fledged platform with a focus on architecture, data, and automation.
The product has been operational for 8 years, with real users and load, a real financial model and metrics, and in collaboration with numerous other companies and banks.
Responsibilities
- designing and developing data marts for product and management tasks.
- forming requirements for data, sources, and processing pipelines.
- participating in the construction and optimization of DWH (Hadoop / Spark stack).
- describing the logic for calculating metrics, indicators, and analytical models.
- controlling data quality: completeness, correctness, consistency.
- analyzing business processes and their reflection in data.
- preparing requirements for the development of ETL / ELT processes.
- interacting with developers, business analysts within the team and other teams.
- supporting analytical reporting and marts for BI tools.
- participating in the development of the product's data subsystems and data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- experience with big data and corporate data warehouses (Hadoop, Spark).
- understanding of DWH architecture, data marts, data loading and transformation flows.
- confident knowledge of SQL, experience writing complex queries and optimization.
- experience describing and controlling the calculation logic of metrics and indicators.
- understanding of data quality, lineage, consistency principles.
- experience in systems analysis: describing business processes, data and integration requirements.
- experience interacting with development teams and product teams.
- experience with BI tools and analytical reporting.
Will be a plus:
- python for analytics and prototyping.
- experience with Airflow / Kafka / ClickHouse / dbt.
- experience in fintech, marketplaces, or data-driven products.
