The headquarters of the "Acquire and Retain" department is looking for a Data Analyst

Analysis of large datasets, segmentation of the customer base, working with customer inquiries and CSI
Searching for and integrating new data sources
Analysis of reporting period results to identify "underperforming areas," reasons for not meeting KPIs, communication with responsible departments
Analysis of customer inquiries: problem identification, hypothesis generation, proposing improvements, coordinating actions with product teams
Development and automation of reporting: creating dashboards, preparing presentations for management

Higher technical education
At least 1 year of experience in analytics (banking, insurance, consulting, IT)
Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods
Skills in interpreting reports and formulating hypotheses
Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL (complex queries, joins)
Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA), PowerPoint (automating slide updates, data source connections)
Experience with Greenplum / HUE / Hadoop
Research-oriented, proactive
Ability to work with ambiguous tasks
Prepared for both teamwork and independent work
