Description
We are building from scratch an AI platform that automates complex analytical tasks using LLMs and an agent architecture. The system autonomously searches for and combines data from various sources, identifies hidden connections, and forms substantiated conclusions. It is based on a multi-agent approach, RAG, memory, a relationship graph, and proprietary data processing pipelines. This is not a mere "wrapper around an LLM" integration, but the development of a full-fledged intelligent backend core where you can influence the architecture, experiment, and create a complex deep-tech-level system.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- immersion into the subject area, conducting surveys, interaction with the customer
- gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and agreeing on requirements (functional, non-functional), systems analysis
- development of project and accompanying system documentation in Jira/Confluence, including detailed process and algorithm diagrams, user stories, detailed business requirements
- conducting analysis of related information systems - data sources, formulating requirements for integration interactions between systems
- setting tasks for developers, managing/controlling their implementation, supporting development, accepting results from development
- participation in testing developed functionality, including related information systems - data sources and integration interactions with them
- identifying problems faced by users, collaborative problem-solving
- maintaining the product backlog in Jira.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- at least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst
- understanding of main development methodologies, including agile, and general understanding of the software development lifecycle
- experience participating in team development using the Agile methodology (using Jira, Confluence)
- ability to formalize task statements into clear and understandable algorithms
- higher education.
It will be a plus:
- basic knowledge of SQL
- experience testing integration interactions
- experience working with XML, JSON and experience designing integration interactions
- practical experience applying UML/BPMN
- experience designing LLM agents.
