Description
A specialist is required for the IT Assets department (server and network equipment, cloud technologies, software licenses, technical support services, hardware and software complexes, etc.) to provide IT assets to internal customers.
Responsibilities
- on an annual basis (twice a year) collect requirements from internal customers within budget campaigns. Prepare and agree on budgets for IT assets with finance specialists. Compile and agree on an annual/quarterly procurement plan with the procurement department. Manage the pool of all requirements. Track changes in requirements. Consolidate similar requirements into a single procurement. Initiate procurement of IT assets in internal systems based on internal customer requirements
- in 1C, reserve funds and prepare expense requests
- assist the customer in preparing procurement documentation (involving experts to write technical specifications, independently conduct market analysis with the collection of commercial proposals, prepare justifications for single-source procurement, collect and prepare other supporting documentation). Assist the procurement department and the customer in communications with suppliers. Participate in negotiations on procurement and delivery terms. Approve closing documents for procurements
- maintain records of IT assets, update and manage them in inventory systems (Licenses, contracts, keys)
- manage the issuance of keys and licenses
- generate reports on IT asset management (compliance, request progress, IT budget)
- participate in the development and improvement of IT asset accounting systems and reporting systems (propose new solutions, prepare technical specifications for development/modification, create development requests, participate in testing and acceptance trials).
Requirements
- work experience in IT from 3 years
- ability to work in a team (Create and maintain constructive and productive communication with counterparts. Manage conflicts and be able to resolve them)
- involvement in production processes (actively participate in production processes directly and indirectly related to the employee's activities, help stakeholders solve cross-functional tasks, identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to eliminate them)
- analytical mindset (ability to think logically, extract the most important information, and independently find optimal solutions)
- desire to learn new things and self-educate
- confident user of Excel and/or equivalents
- knowledge of Russian Federal Law 223-FZ (or to study and pass a test during the probationary period).
Will be a plus:
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky and similar products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- experience in IT procurement is not mandatory but welcomed.
