Sber is looking for a Chief Procurement Specialist.
Our team conducts procurement procedures in accordance with the Bank's Procurement Regulations and Federal Law 223.
Responsibilities
- analysis of the supplier market
- organization of procurement procedures: preparation of tender documentation, presenting the position for your area of expertise at tender commissions
- analysis of customer requests: receiving and consolidating orders from departments, organizing a rational approach to centralized supplies
- optimization of contract terms: conducting negotiations with suppliers, preparing letters of guarantee
- customer and supplier support: resolving issues with additional supplies, ensuring effective interaction between contracting parties.
Requirements
- higher education (legal education will be an advantage)
- relevant work experience in procurement from 3 years
- knowledge of regulatory documents (Federal Law 223, technical schemes, internal normative documents, Procurement Regulations)
- ability to work with a large flow of information, work in multitasking mode
- proficient oral and written communication skills.
