Procurement Manager

The reliable operation of services and employees directly depends on the timely and efficient provisioning of software. That's why we are looking for an experienced software procurement manager who will help develop our processes and enhance them in terms of efficiency and transparency.

You will be responsible for organizing and managing software, service subscription, and online access procurement, as well as developing related procurement processes.

What tasks await you

Managing the Software Procurement Cycle Organize the full software procurement cycle — from gathering requirements to contract execution; create and manage orders in the ERP system; place orders under existing contracts; control delivery, payment, and fulfillment deadlines.

Market Analysis and Supplier Management Research the market for products and suppliers, formulate recommendations for solution selection; collect and analyze commercial proposals, conduct comparative analysis of terms; develop and maintain a supplier pool; attract new partners.

Stakeholder Engagement and Regulatory Compliance Engage with internal customers; clarify and analyze business needs; ensure procurement processes comply with internal company regulations and policies.

We expect that you

• Have a higher education degree
• Have over three years of procurement experience (preferably software or IT services) in a Russian or international company
• Can independently prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks considering business criticality and deadlines
• Build effective communication with internal customers and manage stakeholder expectations
• Are ready to take responsibility for procurement results
• Possess analytical thinking and are attentive to details
• Are proactive, take initiative, and are results-oriented
• Have a confident working level of English
• Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
