Procurement Specialist/Manager

We are looking for a specialist/manager to join the marketing and services procurement department, someone who is interested in the state of the industry, has relevant work experience, and wants to become part of a friendly team.

What tasks await you

Working with internal customers You will meet with internal customers, study and consolidate their needs.

Managing the procurement process You will be responsible for organizing and managing tender projects for procurement, placing orders, and receiving them from suppliers on time, interacting with them. Furthermore, you will need to find out about products and prices, compare them, agree on delivery and payment terms.

Analytics You will need to study key trends in marketing procurement, understand the main market players and the specifics of working with them, and handle various procurement categories in marketing.

We expect that you

• Are knowledgeable in procurement activities, understand the main stages of a tender project, are familiar with marketing specifics (especially with the categories of media and digital advertising, production, and PR)
• Have worked in a similar position with Russian and foreign suppliers for the last three years
• Think analytically, are attentive, communicative, and proactive
• Know the English language
