We are looking for a manager who will procure production components for autonomous transportation products.

What tasks await you

Procurement for Autonomous Transportation Production You will evaluate and procure production parts based on the company's design drawings, as well as purchased items in the local and foreign markets, under the best possible terms. You will conduct market analysis, nominate new suppliers, collect commercial proposals, and perform economic evaluations. Among the tasks are conducting negotiations, concluding contracts on favorable terms for the company, discussing issues of accelerating deliveries and improving their quality, monitoring payment and delivery deadlines.

Document Control You will coordinate and control the documentary support of procurement (summary of commercial proposals, requests, contracts, payment control) and the fulfillment of obligations to suppliers. You will also be responsible for the timely submission of primary documentation to the accounting department, closing advances, and quarterly reconciliation acts.

We expect that you

• Graduated from a university in a technical field
• Have worked for at least three years in the same position or performed similar tasks
• Have experience ordering production categories according to design documentation and drawings
• Have worked with electronic units and components, including plastic ones
• Know what a production plan is, have worked with production orders
• Have participated in supplying a product to production from a Supply Chain perspective
• Are familiar with supplier selection procedures and the basics of conducting tender procedures
• Know the quality requirements for suppliers' work, how to develop cooperation with them, and have worked with claims
• Have business negotiation skills
• Have a conversational level of English
