The procurement team of a technology company is looking for a specialist with extensive experience in preparing and conducting procurement under Federal Law 223-FZ on electronic trading platforms. The task is to prepare procurement procedures and professionally conduct effective negotiations to reduce prices and obtain additional discounts, persuading counterparties to offer more attractive commercial terms.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist under 223-FZ.
- confident command of all stages of preparing and conducting procurement under Federal Law No. 223-FZ.
- a certificate of completing advanced training courses on the specified legislation.
- effective negotiation skills and the ability to secure the best commercial terms.
- ability to quickly process a large volume of information and prepare documentation competently.
