Our team is responsible for purchasing licensed software. We solve technologically complex tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of the entire Sber. We are looking for a Lead Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- process purchase requests in the licensed software category from internal customers and conduct procurement
- prepare tender documentation, including draft contracts and the procedure for evaluating participants' proposals, present and defend procurement procedures at meetings of the tender commission
- develop proposals for the unification, standardization, and rationing of procured works/services
- conduct negotiations with counterparties within procurement procedures and during contract execution to optimize contract performance terms
- participate in working groups to evaluate supplier proposals
- manage the supplier portfolio, conduct supplier segmentation, and identify strategic suppliers.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher education
- knowledge and experience in conducting procurement procedures under 223-FZ
- knowledge of the licensed software market (knowledge of major vendors, distributors)
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (for example, GigaChat, Kandinsky).
