Purchasing Manager for HR Services and Insurance in Taxi

Yandex Taxi is looking for a purchasing manager with experience in HR services and insurance categories. You will work in a growing business, independently make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, quickly solve many complex tasks, actively communicate with colleagues and contractors, and also propose ways to improve and speed up processes.

What tasks await you

Procurement Process You will conduct tenders in the HR services and insurance categories, with at least 50% of projects being international. You will also contribute to the company's development in Africa, Latin America, and the CIS.

Partner Relationship Management You will negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best terms of cooperation, as well as maintain and improve partner interaction.

Category Management You will manage the category, develop procurement strategies, propose process improvements, analyze costs, look for savings opportunities, and independently initiate tenders.

We expect you to

• Have worked at least three years in insurance (MTPL, civil liability, life and health, VHI) and HR services (personnel outsourcing, recruitment) categories in a large company
• Improve processes, lead cross-functional projects
• Work in conditions of uncertainty and changing tasks
• Work with raw requests and propose solutions to procurement initiators
• Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
