Fleet Management Manager for Autonomous Transport

The autonomous fleet operations team is looking for a specialist to administer interactions with government agencies and certification organizations. You will be responsible for legalizing vehicle modifications and building communication with the traffic police (GIBDD), Rosavtodor, the "Platon" system, and other regulators. This is an operational role with a high degree of autonomy.

What tasks await you

Interaction with government agencies You will be responsible for processing documents for vehicle registration and deregistration, disposal, and modification of vehicle design. You will also work with expert organizations.

Process coordination You will need to organize equipment transfers, monitor the deadlines for technical inspections and insurance policies. You will also resolve non-standard situations (such as contesting fines, etc.).

Partner support You will work with dealers, importers, and certification centers on vehicle compliance issues.

We expect that you

• Have at least one year of experience working with the traffic police (GIBDD), Rosavtodor, or certification bodies
• Are knowledgeable about vehicle registration and vehicle modification procedures
• Are able to work with regulatory documentation
• Are ready for a travel-intensive nature of work
• Possess negotiation and complex situation resolution skills

It will be a plus if you

• Have experience in freight transportation or with large vehicle fleets
• Have worked with commercial vehicles (especially special-purpose vehicles)
• Are aware of the specifics of processing vehicle modifications
