We are launching a new product, expanding our development team, and are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer. You will be the only specialist in this role within the team and will have a direct impact on technical decisions and time-to-market. We are looking for a candidate willing to work in a hybrid format from our office in Georgia (Tbilisi).
Future challenges
- Participate in the development of internal infrastructure for the new product and development environments
- Actively work with monitoring and observability systems
- Serve as a technical backbone and provide support to developers
- Participate in production infrastructure support
We expect
- 2–3+ years of experience as a System Engineer / DevOps Engineer
- Strong Linux skills at server administrator level; experience with Windows is a plus
- Experience with at least two of the following technologies:
nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Ability to write scripts (Shell, Python)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with GitLab CI / CI/CD pipelines
- Willingness to build open, trusting, and collaborative relationships with the Product Owner and the team
- Ability to solve problems based on goals and common sense, with clear and timely communication
