Responsibilities:

• Deploy and update our products on customer stands: Kubernetes (Helm) and docker-compose, installation via Ansible.
• Maintain inventories and configurations of stands: component parameters, overrides, certificates, integrations with customer infrastructure (LDAP, S3, external DBMS, proxies).
• Analyze incidents: centralized logs (Graylog), metrics (Prometheus, Grafana), cluster and component status.
• Support and develop CI/CD builds of distributions (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Prepare infrastructure for stands (Terraform in the cloud, virtual machines at the customer's site).
• Write installation and update instructions — they are used by both colleagues and customer engineers.
• Communicate with customer engineers and DevOps: calls, tickets, coordination of update windows.

Requirements:

• Confident Linux administration: network, systemd, disks, certificates, log diagnostics.
• Docker: build, run, networks, volumes, docker-compose.
• Kubernetes at the user level: kubectl, reading manifests, understanding Deployment / Service / Ingress / PVC and common reasons why pods don't start.
• Ansible: playbook, roles, variables, inventory.
• Basic understanding of working with DBMS: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis — connect, check status, take and restore dumps.
• Effective written communication skills: composing instructions, reporting documentation, and task comments.
• English from B1: documentation, interfaces, correspondence with international clients.

Will be a plus:

• Helm: reading and editing charts.
• Jenkins or GitLab CI pipelines.
• Terraform.
• Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Graylog, or other logging stack.
• Experience working in an isolated environment: closed registries, repository mirrors, no internet access.
• Customer-facing experience: implementation engineer, support, maintenance.
