Who we are looking for: A Senior engineer with an ownership mindset, who designs platforms for growth and scale, not just maintains infrastructure. We need someone who understands processes at the core, network, and "hardware" level.

Responsibilities: — Architecture and scaling of highload infrastructure — Building observability from scratch (metrics, logs, alerts, SLO/SLI) — Infrastructure automation (IaC-first) — GPU infrastructure for AI inference — Fault tolerance, failover, disaster recovery (DR) — Incident management and postmortem

Tech stack: — Linux (deep system-level: perf, strace, networking) — Docker, Kubernetes — Terraform, Ansible — MySQL, Redis — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Loki — GitHub Actions / GitLab CI

Requirements: — 5+ years in DevOps / SRE — Experience with highload projects (millions of users, thousands of RPS) — Deep understanding of Linux and networks (debugging problems at the strace / perf level) — SRE mindset: SLO / SLI, error budgets, and proper incident management — Experience working with bare metal — Architectural thinking and responsibility for decisions — Optimization of infrastructure costs

Will be a plus: — GPU / CUDA — MLOps — Python for automation
