AI Product Engineer — SF AI Startup

We're Ryze AI (San Francisco) — an AI marketing agent that runs SEO and paid ads for 2000+ of businesses. Our support is AI-native: an agent in production already resolves 90% of customer questions on its own. Your job is the other 10% — and making the 90% grow every week.

This is a hybrid product / ops / support role, working directly with the founder. You jump on calls with customers, untangle the hard cases the agent couldn't, then feed every lesson back into the system: better prompts, better tools, better docs. You're not a support rep reading scripts — you're the human who trains the machine that does the work.

What you'll do:

• Own the toughest customer issues end to end — chat, email, live calls;
• Review the agent's conversations, find where it fails, fix the prompts and knowledge;
• Keep docs and changelog alive as the product ships daily;
• Turn recurring problems into product fixes — you'll shape the roadmap;

Looking for: sharp English, real empathy on calls, comfort living inside AI tools daily (you'll be managing agents, not just using them), and an ops brain — you see a broken process and can't leave it broken.

Role: remote, full-time, direct with the founder, fast-paced — we ship every day.
