We are building a LegalTech product in Kazakhstan: document signing via EDS with legal force, KYC and biometrics, payments, loans. 34 thousand users, we are launching B2B, there is already demand from businesses.

We need an owner. A person who will take the backend, the Go EDS service, and the web part entirely, be responsible for them, and eventually assemble and lead a team.

⚙️ What's on you

Backend on Laravel, Go signing service, and a Vue portal, from API to production. You close the feature entirely and own the system live.

Operation and reliability: CI/CD, queues and scheduler, monitoring, alerts, and observability. Currently, there is almost none of this; you will build it from scratch the way you see fit.

Payment security and fraud vectors: webhook signatures, idempotency, payment callback protection. Real tasks, not theory.

AI is the team's primary tool. Spec-driven, tests, automation, everything is truly integrated into daily development.

The team is small and agile; we make decisions directly, without bureaucracy and unnecessary calls. The product is growing, there is technical debt, and we need someone who enjoys bringing order.

🧩 Who we are looking for

Strong PHP and Laravel, confident Go, Vue frontend. You understand webhook and payment security, idempotency, queues, monitoring, and operation. You know how to take over existing code and become its owner. You work with AI every day. Fintech, payments, or sensitive data is a big plus.

💰 Conditions

Track to Tech Lead with a team within a year. Salary net 1.5 to 2 million tenge depending on the level, with further growth along with the product. Office in Almaty, full-time.
