• Practical commercial experience with Compass Payment/TranzAxis/TranzWare for 3+ years.
• Participation in the development or enhancement of payment processes on the platform.
• Experience integrating Compass Payment/TranzAxis/TranzWare with external systems.
• Understanding of the architecture and operating principles of the payment solution.
• Understanding of the full payment transaction lifecycle.
• Knowledge of various payment statuses and transitions between them.
• Understanding of error handling and exceptional situations.
• Experience in troubleshooting the payment infrastructure.
• Experience in analyzing production incidents.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of the interaction between the payment platform and external systems.
• Ability to analyze logs and identify the causes of errors.
• Experience participating in payment functionality releases.
• Understanding of the requirements for reliability and correctness of financial operations.
• English language – from Pre-Intermediate+.
