Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in the Israeli digital advertising ecosystem, with a proven track record of managing and scaling large-scale domestic clients or working within leading local agencies.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, with experience managing campaigns across the entire consumer journey from brand awareness and engagement to performance-driven conversions.
• Experience in Account Management or Client Service roles, specifically working with Tier 1 brands across diverse industries (e.g., Retail, CPG, Finance, Automotive, or Tech).
• Strong expertise in media buying and campaign optimization, with the ability to manage both branding-oriented and performance-focused auction ads.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating relationships between brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and identify growth opportunities for leading Israeli brands.
• Deep familiarity with the local agency landscape, including existing relationships with media agencies and a strong understanding of their working models.
• Proven ability to manage diverse verticals simultaneously, showing adaptability and broad industry knowledge (from CPG to Finance and beyond).
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
