CTO / Head of Engineering for a Global Project (In-game Trading Platform)

We represent one of the world's largest players in the in-game item trading sphere. The company is growing exponentially and is looking for a technical leader to spearhead the product's engineering transformation. You will report directly to the CEO and become a key figure in the business's development.

Your responsibilities: • Strategy: Lead the technical department, define the direction for infrastructure development. • AI Transformation: Deeply restructure development processes. You will implement AI in code review, testing processes, automation, and delivery pipelines. • Scaling: Foster an engineering culture, mentor leads, and increase team efficiency. • Risks: Manage technical risks critical for high-load trading and payment systems.

What we expect from the candidate: • Experience as a CTO or Head of Engineering in companies with high load levels. • Must have: Practical experience implementing AI tools in development within the last 2 years. • Deep understanding of the specifics of fintech or high-load trading platforms. • Successful cases of scaling teams (from people count to processes). • Strong soft skills: strategic thinking, experience in negotiations at the top management level.

Will be a plus: • Experience with Python • Background in the esports industry. • Experience in product companies during a stage of active scaling.
