📍 Belgrade, Serbia 🏢 Format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

What the role involves:

• Full recruitment cycle for our clients;
• Deep immersion into the context of the business, team, and specific task;
• Direct search, professional communities, recommendations, and personal network;
• Conducting interviews where we assess not only experience but also motivation, work style, maturity, and cultural fit;
• Presenting candidates to the client with analytics and our own professional recommendation;
• Managing the process from the first contact to the candidate's start date;

What's important to me:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience will be an advantage);
• Understanding and experience with the IT market (Development, Data, AI);
• Independence, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
