Product Marketing Manager

Got it Life is a Silicon Valley startup creating an innovative AI-powered mental health app. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Marketing Manager to promote our product in the Western market (B2C and B2B).

🔵Responsibilities: • Develop and implement an organic growth strategy for the mobile application. • Work with promotion channels: Full ASO (App Store Optimization) management, influencer collaboration, social media management (SMM), contextual advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing. • Identify and collaborate with partners (coaches, associations, federations), create and develop our own community, attract sponsors. • Conduct analytics: In-depth analysis of campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer) and behavioral analytics for decision-making. • Develop promotion strategies through corporate wellness programs. • Test hypotheses, scale successful practices, and coordinate team efforts.

🔵Candidate Requirements: • Must have proven experience in successfully promoting mobile applications to Western markets (USA, Europe). Ideally, has experience in healthcare, mental health, edtech, or AI. • Expert in launching and scaling products "from scratch" with a focus on organic traffic and growth without a large budget. • Practically proficient in key channels: ASO, influencer marketing, contextual advertising, SMM. • Has experience working with partners, associations, and building communities. • Possesses excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach. • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher). Will be a huge plus: • Experience in B2B promotion (corporate sales or partnerships). • Content creation and project management skills.
