Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online classes in Zoom/Link (2 times a week for 60 minutes).
- Perform high-quality, detailed checking of homework assignments (written part 38, oral responses) strictly according to the current year's FIPI assessment criteria.
- Provide brief, developmental feedback to students based on the check results.
Requirements
- Official status of a current EGE expert (possession of a valid FIPI / MKO certificate of professional development with the right to check exam papers is mandatory). Experience in successfully preparing students for the EGE to high scores (85+).
- Fluency in online learning tools (interactive whiteboards/platforms, messengers).
- Punctuality, a high level of empathy and professional ethics.
Conditions
- High hourly rate: Payment from 800 rubles per 60 minutes (including conducting the lesson and checking the group's homework).
- Minimal workload: Only 8 classes per month for 60 minutes per group (2 times a week).
- Convenient scalability: You can take on 1 to 6 groups, adjusting your workload and income (up to 72,000 — 96,000 rubles for part-time employment).
- Ready-made product and organization: We assemble the groups ourselves, monitor payments, provide an interactive platform for classes, and handle communication with parents. No intermediary curators — you directly influence the results of 4 motivated students in a mini-group.
- Stability: No cancellations one hour before the lesson. If a group is formed, your monthly payment fund for it is fixed.
