About the school and the project:

PhysX is one of the largest online schools for Olympiad physics and mathematics in Russia. 3000+ students, 400+ winner diplomas, programs for grades 3–10. We are launching a new direction — the Russian language. Not for the Unified State Exam in bulk. But for children who want to deeply understand the language, develop their speech, and win Olympiads.

Who we are looking for:

A top-tier Russian language teacher. Charismatic, passionate, with their own methodology. Someone who can explain a complex rule in 5 minutes so that a 10th grader says: "Why didn't they teach us like this at school?"

What you will do:

• Teach in mini-groups (online, 1.5 hours, cost 4,000 – 5,000 ₽ per lesson)

• Create the direction's methodology from scratch: program, trajectory, quality standards

• Develop content: lecture notes, problems, explanations, tests, experimental tasks

• Form the first group of students: from product presentation to the first lessons

• Create the lesson's "corporate style": how to explain, how to engage, how to motivate

• Interact with the school's product manager and methodologist during course launches

• In the future — build a team of Russian language teachers and transfer the methodology to them

What we expect:

• Higher philological education (MSU, HSE, RGGU, Literary Institute — a plus)

• At least 3 years of experience teaching Russian (online or offline)

• Charisma: ability to hold attention, create atmosphere, inspire a love for the language

• Depth: you understand the Russian language not from an exam textbook, but as a living system — its history, logic, exceptions, connections

• Experience with Russian language Olympiad tasks (All-Russian School Olympiad, regional stages — a plus)

• Writing skills: grammatically correct, structured, persuasive

• Willingness to work remotely with synchronized sessions according to Moscow time

Will be a plus:

• Own audience: blog, channel, reputation in the pedagogical community

• Experience creating a course or methodology from scratch

• Publications, participation in conferences, methodological developments

• Experience in an online school or EdTech project

• Knowledge of related disciplines: literature, history, logic
