✅ Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) e-commerce Almaty
We are looking for a strong and strategically thinking marketing leader to develop the company's key B2C segments.
Main responsibilities:
Strategy and planning • Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy • Planning and management of the marketing budget • Analysis of the market, competitive environment, and consumer insights
Teamwork and leadership • Formation and development of the marketing team (brand, PR, media) • Building effective interaction with performance and CRM teams • Creation of the marketing function structure and processes
Product and marketing work • Increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty • Participation in product development and user experience improvement • Preparation of analytics and regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
Interaction with partners • Work with external agencies, contractors, and media • Building systematic work with related teams within the holding company
Candidate requirements: • Experience in marketing management in e-commerce / online services • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance tools, and branding • Skills in working with marketing analytics and key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) • Experience in strategic and operational planning • Strong leadership qualities and experience in building effective teams • Proficiency in modern marketing and analytics tools • Good knowledge of the Kazakh market and specifics of local B2C segments
