CMO / Chief Marketing Officer

📍 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

A financial digital ecosystem in Central Asia (12+ products) is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop the marketing strategy for the ecosystem. • Develop B2C and B2B/SME product marketing, brand, and PR. • Develop CVM/CRM and a data-driven approach. • Develop a team of about 45 people, work with the CEO and shareholder.

We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years in managerial marketing positions (banks, fintech, digital, telecom). • You have experience with a large client base and a multi-product model. • You have managed teams of 30+ people. • You are ready to relocate to Bishkek, including with your family.
