Senior Manager – Regional Marketing (BY, RU, CIS) 🚀

An international company (fintech, trading, banking) is looking for a strategic marketer to lead regional marketing for Belarus, Russia, and CIS: customer acquisition, onboarding improvement, and business growth in the region.

Format 📍 • Full time • Office in Minsk, remote possible

Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing plans for Belarus, Russia, and CIS, considering the local audience and global brand goals • Identify new revenue and market share growth opportunities in Russian-speaking countries • Be responsible for marketing's contribution to commercial goals: more clients, revenue growth • Optimize the customer onboarding journey with Product, Design, and Marketing Operations teams: identify drop-off points and increase conversion • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Payments, Compliance, and Partnerships to ensure a coordinated go-to-market • Represent the region's interests within the company: share insights, campaign results, and recommendations with management

Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in regional or digital marketing with a focus on Belarus, Russia, and/or CIS • Experience in the target domain: trading, fintech, payments, banking • Deep understanding of digital tools: acquisition, CRM, funnel optimization • Analytical approach: experience in data-driven decision-making • Commercial mindset and proven measurable results in customer base and revenue growth • Experience in B2C marketing • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Russian: Fluent • English: B2+ and above

Will be a plus • Experience in brokerage environment • Higher education or equivalent professional experience
