Senior Manager – Regional Marketing

📍 Remote → hybrid option in Minsk available An international company in the online trading and investment sphere, working with over 2 million clients in 150 countries, is looking for a Senior Manager – Regional Marketing to develop B2C marketing in the markets of Russia and Belarus.

Important: • 8+ years of experience in regional, digital, or growth marketing • Recent practical marketing experience in Russia and Belarus • Experience in digital acquisition, CRM, and conversion optimization • Successful case studies of customer acquisition and revenue growth with specific results • Experience adapting marketing strategy to advertising restrictions and compliance requirements • Fluent Russian and English B2+/C1

Experience in fintech, payment services, or banking will be a plus.
