Key Responsibilities and Experience
- identifying and analyzing requirements;
- documenting requirements: creating User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria;
- developing Use Cases;
- describing "as-is" / "to-be" business processes in BPMN notation;
- creating Functional Requirements and Non-functional Requirements;
- developing Interface Prototypes in Figma;
- domain analysis: deep dive into the client's/company's business domain;
- prioritizing requirements: using techniques (MoSCoW, RICE, Value vs. Effort) to align backlog priorities with the Product Owner and stakeholders;
- clarifying requirements for the team: working with the development and testing team at all stages, explaining requirements, answering questions;
- validating solutions: participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying that the implemented solution meets the stated requirements;
Professional Skills and Personal Qualities
- SWOT analysis, User Story Mapping;
- documenting requirements: creating User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria;
- tools: for diagrams and processes: BPMN 2.0 (required!), UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence Diagrams);
- tools: Draw.io. For prototyping: Figma, Balsamiq, Miro (preferably);
- creating Functional Requirements and Non-functional Requirements;
- for requirements management: Jira, Confluence; ability to competently structure requirements in Confluence and configure workflows in Jira;
- preferably - for working with data: SQL (at the level of writing simple queries for data analysis), Postman (for basic API testing), Excel/Google Sheets (for analysis and reporting);
- technical literacy: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), database fundamentals, client-server architecture, REST API, microservices;
- prioritizing requirements: using techniques (MoSCoW, RICE, Value vs. Effort) to align backlog priorities with the Product Owner and stakeholders;
- we expect our ideal candidate to possess the following qualities: analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, non-conflictness and diplomacy, structured approach;
