🤖 Who would be particularly interested in joining our AI team at MEDvidi?

I'm currently looking for an AI Product Analyst for the AI Receptionist team, and this time I want to talk less about the vacancy requirements and more about the kind of person we are truly looking for.

We'll have a great time together if you:

→ Are a Product Analyst who loves to delve deeper into the product than just dashboards. Not just showing that a metric has changed, but understanding why it happened, what specifically influenced it, and what the team can do about it.

→ Work confidently with SQL and Python. We need SQL constantly, and Python for more complex analytical tasks, research, and data work.

→ Have already worked with AI/ML products and understand their specifics. It's especially great if you've had to analyze LLM-based products, AI Agents, conversational AI, or model response quality.

→ Are interested in exploring the behavior of an AI agent. Why does one scenario successfully complete without human involvement, while another doesn't? Where is the problem in the agent's logic? Where is a guardrail needed? When is it necessary to transfer the dialogue to a human? How to tell if a change has truly improved the user experience?

→ Can turn data into product solutions. Here, the analyst works alongside the Product Manager and engineers and truly influences what the team will improve and test next.

And one more important point – we are not looking for someone just to support an existing analytical system.

This role will have a lot of ownership: the opportunity to develop product analytics, define metrics, build dashboards, explore real dialogues, and help the team understand how well the AI is performing its task.

🏥 What are we building? MEDvidi is an online mental health clinic in the USA. We are developing text and voice AI assistants that help patients with operational issues and are carefully integrated into real healthcare workflows.

For us, it's important not to automate communication for the sake of automation, but to create solutions with a high focus on patient experience, safety, and the quality of interaction.
