Which patient requests can AI handle? How do we make those conversations helpful and natural? And when should a human step in?

I’m looking for a Product Manager to explore these questions with our AI Receptionist team at MEDvidi 🚀

MEDvidi is a US-based online mental health clinic and product company. We build text and voice AI assistants that help patients book and reschedule appointments and navigate prescription-related requests.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, patient experience, and support automation:

• Identify the scenarios where AI can make the biggest difference.
• Partner with engineers to take ideas from discovery to launch.
• Work with an analyst to evaluate conversation quality and product outcomes.
• Set priorities based on data and patient feedback.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with conversational AI or LLM-based products.
• Experience launching Voice AI agents in production and improving their quality is especially relevant.

There’s plenty of room to investigate, experiment, and shape the product. Your decisions will directly influence how quickly and easily patients get support.
