Description
The personal driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and the integrity of cargo, promptly carrying out management's assignments. Duties include transporting the Manager, operating the vehicle without accidents, strictly adhering to traffic rules, and maintaining the vehicle in good technical and clean condition (independently replacing consumables, performing minor repairs, or promptly notifying management of identified issues).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety of passengers and the integrity of transported cargo
- Timely and high-quality performance of job duties and management assignments within one's competence
- Performing accident-free operation of the vehicle, compliance with the Russian Federation Traffic Regulations
- Fulfilling requirements and taking measures to ensure information security in all areas of one's activities
- Ensuring protection and non-disclosure of information constituting bank and commercial secrets
- Complying with confidentiality requirements, in accordance with the Bank's regulatory documents, labor discipline, occupational health and safety rules in the workplace
- Maintaining vehicles in good and clean condition (replacing windshield wiper blades, topping up technical fluids, changing tires, independently fixing identified malfunctions, and if independent fixing is not possible - informing the immediate supervisor).
Requirements
- Education not lower than secondary vocational (technical)
- At least 5 years of experience as a personal driver
- Knowledge of regulatory documents for vehicle operation
- Driving skills
- Skills in daily vehicle maintenance, monitoring of key technical parameters
- Skills in working with office software products (MS Word, Outlook), internet, Telegram
- Willingness to use AI in daily work.
