The Transport Department team organizes the delivery of cargo and employees by managing the vehicle fleet and ensuring transportation safety. Employees plan routes, monitor the technical condition of vehicles, and conduct cost optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- provide transport support services to clients
- control the daily work plan for motor transport, readiness of transport resources, and allocation of general-duty vehicles
- perform technical maintenance and repair of vehicles, provide transport support services
- enter and keep vehicle databases up to date
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- secondary specialized (technical) or higher education
- confident experience working with office applications
- knowledge of vehicle technical structure
- proficiency in basic email functions and workflow organization in electronic document management
- experience working with AI tools.
