Responsibilities
- monitoring the conclusion of contracts with suppliers for the supply of fuels and lubricants, technical maintenance and repair of vehicles, and the provision of services in the field of transport logistics
- managing the Bank's own vehicle fleet, ensuring its operation, including specialized cash-in-transit vehicles
- organizing and ensuring the execution of technical maintenance and repair work for the vehicle fleet
- monitoring the technical condition of the Bank's vehicle fleet
- conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections
- processing journey documentation
- organizing the transportation of passengers, mail correspondence, and material assets, processing compensation payments to employees for using personal and public transport for business purposes.
Requirements
- secondary special/higher technical education
- at least 2 years of experience in the field of transport logistics
- proficiency in software (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
- contract work skills
- organizational work skills
- basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat).
