AI Engineer (Senior / Lead)

We are now building a new direction — internal AI infrastructure and an agent ecosystem for automating company processes. We are looking for a strong Senior / Lead AI Engineer to help us establish an "agent-native" approach throughout the company: from knowledge bases and AI assistants to content, process, and internal workflow automation.

This is a strategic role with direct influence on the architecture, approaches, and development of the company's AI direction. You will work directly with the founder and participate in building the AI system that will become the foundation of the company for the coming years.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and developing the company's internal AI-agent infrastructure
• Building a unified company context base from chats, documents, calls, analytics, and other work systems
• Developing AI workflows, skills, and multi-agent pipelines for automating internal processes
• Working with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes agents, MCP, and the modern AI tooling ecosystem
• Integrating AI agents with internal services, workflow automation, and external tools
• Deploying agents in Docker containers with access control and secure system access
• Developing an AI-content pipeline for generating text, images, and automating content processes
• Configuring observability, sandboxing, audit logs, and other mechanisms for AI system resilience
• Assisting the team in adopting AI tools and best practices in daily work

Mandatory skills:

• Strong experience with AI agents / agentic systems / AI workflows
• Practical experience with OpenClaw, Hermes agents, and modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.)
• Understanding of retrieval systems, memory management, context routing, and multi-agent architecture
• Experience with MCP, AI integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
• Experience building secure AI systems: sandboxing, permissions, guardrails, observability
• Confident proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Good understanding of Docker, Linux infrastructure, and deployment workflows
• Experience with Postgres / pgvector or similar retrieval storage
• High level of independence, ownership mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies

Will be a plus:

• Experience building AI content pipelines (LLM, image/video/voice generation)
• Working with self-hosted LLM infrastructure and retrieval systems
• Experience with n8n, Make, Temporal, or other automation platforms
• Open-source contributions or public AI projects
• Experience in adtech, automation, startup environments, or fast-moving product teams
