Team Lead Product Design 📍 Remote (outside RF/RB) · 💰 $3,500 – $4,500 · 🕐 Full-time, GMT+3 A product team in iGaming is looking for a TL to lead the design direction and build processes for growth.
❗️Mandatory condition: candidate must be outside the RF/RB
Responsibilities: — Manage a team of 3+ product designers and a UX researcher — Be responsible for the design system in Figma: build, develop, scale — Personally design complex and high-priority product areas — Establish processes: reviews, prioritization, handoff to development — Collaborate with Head of Art/UX, PM, analysts, and development
Requirements: — 5+ years in product/UX design — Figma proficiency: auto layout, tokens, variants, components — required — Experience building a product design system — Experience managing a team of 3+ people — AI tools (Claude, Codex) — a plus — English B1+ — Background in iGaming / gambling / fintech / CRM — ideal
