We're looking for a freelance video editor - SIDE GIG
Our teachers record talking-head videos for Instagram and TikTok. We need someone to take our rough cuts to the finish line and turn them into clips people actually stop scrolling for.
Our vibe: One teacher, talking to one viewer. Like a call with a true subject expert. Warm. Clear. Confident. Tight pacing. Strong first 3 seconds. Clean captions, minimal graphics, breathing room.
You: Specialize in finishing talking-head social content. Know how to tighten hooks and pace for retention. Work remotely on your own schedule.
The Workflow & Pay: Core work: We do the rough edit. You just focus on pacing, captions, and the final polish. Rate: €15–€20 per finished clip. Volume: 16–32 clips/month.
Special Projects: Occasional higher-effort clips where we invest extra time and creativity. Priced and negotiated separately.
