A leading development company implementing large-scale residential and commercial projects in Cyprus is looking for a to join the team in Limassol. You will be responsible for managing projects from the planning stage to the handover of the facility, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and high-quality standards.
Requirements: • Proven experience in managing full-cycle construction projects - from initiation to handover • Knowledge of the processes for obtaining permits and interacting with Cyprus/EU government authorities will be a significant advantage • Strong budgeting, contractor management, and stakeholder interaction skills • Proficient in project management tools • Fluent English
