For our client, I am looking for a Head of Recruitment with experience in HORECA recruitment.

A deep understanding of the business specifics and a partnership approach to operations are required.

The scope of responsibility includes both mass recruitment and targeted recruitment, including independently managing senior positions.

Readiness for large volumes (the department may have up to 500 vacancies open at any time).
