Payments Analyst (Remote, except Russia and Belarus)
We are looking for a Payments Analyst in a fast-growing international AI company.
If you are interested in monetization, pricing, payment systems, and impacting product revenue – this role will give you the opportunity to directly influence the company's business results.
Responsibilities
1) Monetization and Pricing
- Conduct pricing experiments in collaboration with the Paid UA team
- Analyze the impact of prices, discounts, trials, and upsells on ARPU and LTV
- Build predictive models for LTV and ARPU for new products with limited data
- Identify monetization growth opportunities and improve unit economics
- Launch new products and pricing configurations
2) Payment Analytics
- Monitor key payment metrics: Acceptance Rate, Chargeback Rate, Refund Rate, Fraud Rate, Dispute Rate
- Identify risks before they impact the business
- Work with multiple payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Improve payment success rates and reduce losses from fraud and disputes
- Participate in the development of the company's payment infrastructure
What's important to us
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in B2C products
- Experience with web funnels and paid traffic (Paid UA)
- Practical experience in conducting A/B tests
- Experience analyzing monetization, LTV, ARPU, and Unit Economics
- Proficient SQL
- Experience with cohorts, retention, and metric forecasting
- Ability to make decisions with limited data
Will be a plus
- Experience with Stripe, PayPal, and other PSPs
- Experience with payment analytics
- Understanding of chargebacks, disputes, fraud, and acceptance rates
- Experience working with multiple payment providers
- Understanding of card payments, BIN analysis, 3DS, and retry logic
